I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MS TURNER, SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFFESSIONAL FROM THIS COMPANY CTI. IN CONTRAST TO THE LIST OF COMPLAINTS FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME PAY MY DEBT OFF FOR MY SEARS CARD. MAYBE U GUYS JUST GOT A BUNCH OF LOSERS CALLING U AND I LUCKED UP AND RAN ACROSS A REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND ARTICULATE YOUNG LADY.

Claimed that I needed to go to a Western Union immediately and pay 125$ so that UPS could deliver something to my house at 7 p.m. I work for UPS and know the exact time range that the drivers in my area work around and know that there is no driver that would come to my house at that time. I also know that you would never have to pay a third party for something being shipped through UPS.

I got the call 2 days in a row. The first time it was a female voice saying something like: "This is from your dad...". I hung up because my dad has passed away for a few years. Then they call me again. What is the best way to block this call? Where to report the scam?
